At RAW DENIM, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed, unworn items in their original condition. Please note that personalized or hemmed denim products are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your denim in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the inclusion of the printed return authorization slip.

• 3.
  Ship Item Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned goods for quality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
